Shots, Shots and More Shots...

What was I thinking... Hunter Kindergarten shots and Makayla 6 month shots all in one day!! Yes... I'm a gluten for punishment!! My thinking was... get it all done in one shot! "No pun intended!!" You know what I mean!! Save time, hassle and headache... Boy was I mistaken!! My poor Mom!!! Couldn't have done it with out her!! Thank you Nana... She held Makayla while I, the Doctor and the Nurse held Hunter down... Poor Hunter he didn't want any part of this!! 2 shots in both arms, TB test, blood sample, eye sight test and hearing test... All in about 5 minutes! I'm sure this isn't news to half of you!! It's a 1st for me and our family. What a production to get ready for Kindergarten!! He was such a trooper after everything was over! Nana loved on him to keep his mind off all the holes in his body while I then held Makayla down for her turn... Makayla wasn't happy about it one bit!! It's exhausting to hold your children down while they scream and cry at the top of there little lungs in pain. I'm sure glad that's over!!! Hunter and Mommy were back to there normal self after a BIG bowl full of Ice Cream and a little Love! Ice Cream topped with Love makes everything better...

Yes, it was a good thought, but sometimes convenience isn't the most important thing, huh! Oh, well all is well that end well. Ice Cream, Love, what more could you want?

Poor little guys. I remember when Taylor got her K. shots. She couldn't walk for a couple of days. They made her legs hurt bad. Or she doesn't have a very high pain tolerance. ;)

I like your new background and that picture of you and Tim is great. Where did you get them done?
